Nope, the "white stuff bug" only occurs if the user's browser cache is empty. If the cache isn't empty, you can revisit sites, and they appear to be unchanged sometimes. If you do it right, you can even re-visit sites that are no longer up and running. Though you won't be able to download files from there, of course. :-)

replicate the problem? if it's an old cache problem wouldn't that remedy the problem?
