I have the same issue. Although I have not seen the "size mismatch" issue.

Whenever I download a GCN ROM, the connection will stall after ~13 minutes and I get either a "size mismatch" or a connection error.

[Using Firefox on Win7 SP1 with a 1.5Mbps connection]
