Let me guess, does it happen at the 5 minute mark? I often have this problem when I upgrade PHP, which I did Tuesday night. Give it a try now.

I managed to replicate the problem almost exactly. The download seems to "cut off" at the 370 MB mark. The game I tried is the GameCube release "Super Mario Sunshine". The internet browser is Google Chrome.

I'm about to try this out with Firefox, and see if I yield the same result. If I get different results, I'll post about it. :-)
