there is only a few ways of getting more fps out of the dolphin emulator. first you can get a new processor from amd to intel i7 or getting a new graphic card, both ways are not cheap.. for a cheaper way, get a used wii and softmod it. emulation puts a strain on the pc to play the games. your pc has to do all the leg work from sound card, video card, processor of the video game system, and play the game. another factor, the emulator has errors in code, issues with broken game code, so on so on. usually your pc has to be 3 times faster then the system you are trying to emulate.

if you read the specs on dolphin emulator, the author don't recommend the amd processer. try lower your dolphin screen resolution to bump up fps. try playing with the audio settings too.
