download a BIOS, SCPH7001.bin will do.

Put BIOS in BIOS directory. If one does not exist, make one up.
Open emulator.
Click Configurations.
Click Plugins and BIOS...
Select SCPH7001.bin under BIOS.
If it's not there, click Set BIOS directory and find where you put it.
Click OK.
Play game.

I'm still having this issue. My emulator is the PCSXR if this helps. Can anyone help me?
