I'm not saying that Bowser isn't a tough nut to crack, but seeing as Ganon has magic at his side, and more creativity to boot, I'd have to say Ganon would be the winner of the fight. Still, Ganon would have more "fun" fighting Bowser than he would most of his "mortal" opponents. He's simply gonna last longer.
