Thinking about this for a while, the highest-quality game I've actually beaten would have to be Gremlins 2. Be forewarned, parts of the last two levels are horrendously difficult. It's not a very big game, but the game from start to finish is pretty solid. Coming from Sunsoft though, that's probably not very surprising. :-P
