Yeah It does not sound like something I ever played then. If you don't mind me guessing I would say Operation Europe: Path to Victory. There really weren't that many strategy games for the SNES in the US. Then factor in variable attributes such as US release date, modern military, and ground warfare well then the window gets smaller and smaller.
