I've seen what you are talking about and I am not convinced it's a real game. The guy who "uploaded" it is a developer, is trying to milk it for money, the title screen shows no developer/publisher or date, and the game is way to polished for an unlicensed/unreleased game. So I doubt any "rom" would be available unless he makes it available.
