Turns out there are some disk errors which trashed some files, one of which was the style sheet. Anyone who had the old sheet cached in their browser (like me) wouldn't notice. I've restored it along with many other files and I'll hunt down the rest of them tonight. Thanks for the heads up.
Lots of resources are missing and everything is white and hard to read.
