Re: Touch Screen?

Touch screens have come a long was since I first pressed those spongy screens at the Science Center as a kid. Touch is great and all but it's not the solution for everything. After all the remote was invented so I don't have to touch my TV. Windows 8 has a small user base and many don't have touch screens so I can't see that being a priority for developers for a while. Perhaps there are some emulators for iPad or Android?
I won't dispute the power of Touchscreen and its capabilities, but I think Touchscreens have a long way to go before they appear in many emulators. They're still prohibitively expensive for most people at this point in time, and that's not even including the multi-touch screens mentioned here. This is a major reason that Windows 8 is not more popular at this time.
