Final Fantasy 4 in The Vault is a fan translation of the original Final Fantasy 4 Hard Type that was only released in Japan. The US got a "spoony" translation of Final Fantasy 4 Easy Type with watered down difficulty, and it was called Final Fantasy 2. Final Fantasy 3 (6) is by far my favorite in the series.
Glad to see the site back online. And wow... now I'm a bit confused as to which is which. I knew FF3 in U.S.A. was FF6 in Japan, and that FF2 here was FF4 there, but then what is this other FF4 in the vault? Will have to investigate later when I'm not busy trying to remain udestitute.
