Playstation 2 Emulator

I was really hoping I would be able to get the emulator to play the Playstation 2 Games. However, every time I tried to choose the emulator for PCSX2, my McAfee Site Advisor warned me that the website contains viruses. Is there a different emulator that I can choose without adding viruses to my computer and still be able to play PS2 games?
