Sega Saturn emulator?

Any chances of hosting a good one here? Or if not, does anyone know where to get a good one? I pretty much want one in order to play a single game: Shining Force III. Big fan of I and II, and after recently trying to sate my curiosity about III by watching a Let's Play vid on youtube, I found out that that won't be enough and I must play this game. Please help!
