Do you have the Champion Ruin in your inventory? Are you using cheat codes? Did you download the ISO from here? What emulator are you using?
For some odd reason the game doesn't allow me to get in random encounters on the World Map.. Usually this would be a blessing however to recruit the appraiser guy I need that Nameless Urn from a random monster in the area... any ideas?
