I would check the Manual Project message board for this one.
But I did look over a copy of the manual elsewhere in PDF form, and guess what? It's missing pages 10 and 11 as well. I'm starting to wonder if it's a genuine typo in the actual manual. I thought I remembered someone complaining about this back in B.O.F. II's day.

Hi. I'm trying to find a breath of fire II complete manual, but seems like yours is the only one available for download. The problem is that the pages 10 and 11 are missing. Could you redo a scan of these two pages?
