The Rom is fine I downloaded it but the emulator itself is just a mess, every sega saturn emulator I download unfortunately wont let me play the rom, it wont even give me the option to play the game :/

The Sega Saturn version? You got it. Let me know if the ROM works; I don't have a Saturn emulator installed right now.
