Operation Wolf, good memories of this one, a combination of a side scroller and first person shooter, also working with the included Zapper pistol. A tough game for certain, Operation Wolf keeps you occupied for a good few hours. I remember playing it for hours when I was still a little kid, usually not beating the 5th stage.

Not too impressive, but not bad either, the soldiers at all times are well visible and contrasted against the background.

Sound: 4
Not much more then "BANG BANG BANG" and "BOOOOM" along with annoying beeping when your life is low, only making you rush more and lose concentration. Also music seems to be lacking. Then again, music would be distracting in a game like this.

Gameplay: 9
Addictive to beat that last stage, making the game a true test of yours skills, making you come back again and again to play this game.

Overall: 8
A great game, having given me amusement for a long time. It is definately worth to be downloaded. The graphics aren't excellent and the sounds are even worse, but the gameplay makes up for this lack of detail.

If you find this game anywhere, on a cardridge for the NES, it's worth purchasing, if only for the addiction of replaying it again and again.
