You can try messing with the settings in RPSC3 but unless you know what you are doing it could potentially break the game. No one here will be able to help with anything regarding the emulator. They have their own wiki and forums for that.
They should because there's nothing you yourself can necessarily do about a game only hitting the intro or being unplayable. There could be a few settings you might wanna mess around with, but that's only if you know about them. The fact is, if it doesn't play, it doesn't play, simple as that.
