Thanks for the good suggestion @the_song_bird. I'll look into it and as far as I know you only need a decent CPU as long as you have a great GPU. I'm aiming for 1650 GPU or higher depending on how much my budget is and when the GPU's will be back in stock where I live at Best Buy. As long as a decent CPU can work with a great GPU like at 16 or 30 series, I'm a happy guy, know what I'm saying?

If you can, a core i7-9700k is a solid choice for around 300 dollars. I can run rpcs3, modern steam games, and vr. But you'll also want a strong enough graphics card to handle rpcs3 and modern steam titles.
