If you want to emulate the motion controls, there is an android app called dolphindroid, although you have to use the touchscreen controls.

I managed to get the right stick of an Xbox 360 controller to work as a Wii Remote, I believe it just did a thing where it stayed in the centre when not moved or something? Not sure though since it's been a while, but I recommend just messing around in the Dolphin settings to see what suits you best.
