PS3 dumps inside the lair are verified using Redump, which means that the files will be the same as the ones found on the disc. If you think some of the files you downloaded may be corrupted, use PS3-ISO-Rebuilder to verify them using an ird file. I posted more information here: https://vimm.net/bbs/index.php?p=viewPost&Post=23398. Be sure to read through all my answers. In general, playing using ISO format will be better.
I tried this a while ago on a PS3 with custom firmware (webman, multiman) but the game kept freezing. I searched around and read that the file commonly used was a bad rip. Is the one here the same or can it be played in depth on a modded PS3?
