Re: Dark Souls II: Scholar of The First Sin (PS3)

It seems to be a problem with RPCS3 itself: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/2328. First, though, verify the dump you have is not corrupted in some way with the provided IRD using PS3-ISO-Rebuilder. If there's nothing wrong with the dump (https://vimm.net/bbs/index.php?p=viewPost&Post=23410), it's definitely an RPCS3 problem.
By the way, if you'd like to report the bug to the developers, there's always the off-chance they'll ask you to do something with the original disc, so tread carefully.

I'm trying to play Dark Souls II: Scholar of The First Sin on rpcs3 and I'm trying to start the game but after the beginning cutscene, a loading screen comes up and after a couple seconds, it just freezes with the error:
F RSX: Compilation failed: ERROR: 0:8: '' : syntax error: ERROR___HEXADECIMAL_CONST_OVERFLOW
ERROR: 0:9: '' : syntax error: ERROR___HEXADECIMAL_CONST_OVERFLOW
ERROR: 0:10: '' : syntax error: ERROR___HEXADECIMAL_CONST_OVERFLOW
and at the very bottom:
F RSX: Linkage failed: Attached compute shader is not compiled.
I've tried searching up some fixes but I can't understand anything and I thought that part of the problem might've been that the game came from Vimm's Lair and not an actual ps3. If anyone knows how to fix this or at least tell me where to go for instructions or help I'd appreciate it.
