editing anything on the iso would change the crc, sha and md5 hash. you can use a simple md5 verifier to determine if your dump is good and, for vimm, to verify it with the information on redump. i have several games that i will be uploading in the future. stay tuned

I'd assume making edits to make it undesirable would flag something. Though I'm no expert so I can't confirm this. However - "nightly scans ensure changes are flagged immediately"

Maybe it matches certain things to redump and if it comes back different it's removed?
