First, I assume you extracted your game from the .7z archive, correct?
Have you loaded other games onto Retroarch successfully before? I assume you have, but your problem may be that you're just loading them up incorrectly.
Now, look at this: https://docs.libretro.com/library/dolphin/. You may be missing some Dolphin sys files.
Dolphin also warns against using nkit backups: https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2020/07/05/dolphin-progress-report-may-and-june-2020/#about-the-nkit-format (though this shouldn't affect loading them into the emulator). You can convert your nkit files to normal ISO files using Vimm's provided nkit+wii_partitions packages (check on top of the Wii vault for the link).

Hello! i use retro arch with the dolphin core. the gamecube roms come unzipped but when i try to load them it says failed to load content. Is there any fix for this?
