Pcsx2 wont detect ur extracted files, u must launch them by urself.
U must do this, launch pcsx2, go to cdvd and iso selector and browse, check where u extracted the files, and just open the iso or maybe isos, u need to do this manually, its not like dolphin, or duckstation etc. Ull have then all games in ur list, and just switch between them on ur convenience, and if u want u can later clear that list, on bottom u have clear list option.
Its 9.25.2021 so u probably dealt with the problem, if not heres what u need to do.

downloaded some harry potter games, extracted to the iso folder for pcsx2 but client doesnt show isos when trying to play. any help would be appreciated
