It goes through checks, yes. I believe it's something to do with IDs in Redump or something. Would probably have to wait for someone who knows what they're talking about (aka not me) to come along and tell you.
Any of the stuff uploaded via crowdsourcing is safe right? Does it go through any checks before being added to the vault?
