Are you trying to install WiiWare titles or full Wii games?
You can't boot Wii isos from SD cards on the vWii, you can only run them from USB drives. You can either use an SD to USB dongle or get a proper USB drive and put the games on there.
If you want to run WiiWare, there are plenty of guides online for that if you google it. The GBATemp forums are a particularly good resource for this.

I'm not sure you can but where do I put my games on my sd cart for my Virtual Wii (Wii U) I have completed WiiUHacks.guide so I have homebrew.
