Probably not it. But It is from a different Multi-cart ROM (the only one I found that HAD music and supposedly from the same pirate-producer, Supervision). I asked a collector who owns the cart of the 82-in-1 one about the song and he didn't recognize it and suggested its probably not from an NES game. This is from the Supervision 16-in-1 ROM, whose mapper (#53) seems to only be supported by the newest Nestopia.
