Seconding Bradlee's response. They never had a PAL release for Dream Collection. If I had to hazard a guess, I would blame the anime episodes, either due to licensing issues or translation issues.
hello, so uh... there is US version of kirby's dream collection special edition, but there is no EU version of it.
