A bad setting was cutting downloads off after five minutes. The limit has been bumped back up to one hour.
That usually means the game did not download 100%. Check the file size, is it 1.25 GB? Have you been able to unpack other games? I tested Baten Kaitos disc 1 on the server and it checked out.
