iirc, Game & Watch games were just the consoles themselves, and they didn't come with cartridges or other media. Even if you could extract them, I haven't heard of a Game & Watch emulator, but if it's out there then some might try.
Are there plans to add roms for the Game & Watch? I'd be happy to help in finding roms for the catalog.
