That's strange.
What game are you downloading?
I had some heavy PS2 and Wii failing to properly load up because the download failed in those last minutes and the file only seemed complete, but was still missing some data.
Try downloading it again and then : right-click the file, choose "7z", and then "extract here".

I try and do that, but whenever I put the file into 7zip and hit extract, nothing happens
