Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn Error

I don't know if this is the way to solve the problem, but whenever I try and download Radiant Dawn for the Wii, about 1GB in, I get an error saying Failed - Needs authorization. Everything on Google says to contact the website. if someone knows a solution that would be great, as I just beat Path of Radiance and am on Telius high. Thanks!
