Try downloading it on Emuparadise with the workaround script. I got it from there and never had such issue. I'm on All Cup Tour, by the way, so it's not like I didn't see it through

there's an issue with Mario kart double dash where it always freezes on 150 cc after the first map. I've tried deleting and downloading again multiple times and it still freezes.
