Appreciate it, was wondering what was up. I was trying to pick up more Dreamcast games. I am sure it will be fixed soon.

I'm sure many of you have been experiencing some issues lately when trying to download the games. I'd like to help people understand what's going on. But first, a disclaimer, that I am in not way representing or speaking for Vimm.

Vimm has two download servers:

download.vimm.net
download2.vimm.net

Unfortunately, the second download server, download2.vimm.net, is not available, returning Network Can't Be Reached errors, or a similar one.

The second download server contains most of the games, consisting of the Vaults pertaining to NES, SNES, Dreamcast, Genesis, Nintendo 64, GameCube, PlayStation 1, GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, and Nindento DS.

The first download server handles mirrors and contains the more larger games, the PlayStation 2 and Wii Vaults. Because the first download server is still up, you are able to continue to download those games.

What does this mean? You will not be able to download any games unless they're from Download Server 1 or a mirror (so only PS1 and Wii). We will all have to wait for Vimm to come around and fix it.
