Downloads Not Working

Whenever I try to download a game, it says connecting for around 15 seconds then takes me to a page that says the site cannot be reached. Are there any fixes to this, or is the issue on my end? I have tried downloading the games through different web browsers (firefox, edge, and chrome) but nothing has worked. It is like this on every game I try to download.
