I'm assuming you're talking about Super Smash Bros. Melee (GC).

Unfortunately the file is too large, so I will not be downloading to verify. But I think I know what's going on. There are two available downloads for it. The scrubbed version and the non-scrubbed version (redump). The redump one should give you the exact same MD5 hash. But the scrubbed one will not, since it's not the same data. Take a look at this page to see how the scrubbing process works.

The current melee ISO you have on your site is a bad dump. Essentially, if you are thinking of playing melee online, this will cause desyncs. Go into Dolphin, then right click the melee ISO, go to info, and press "compute" of the MD5 Checksum. The code that comes up is "58d4dba5d0f26b8a8d3f0b2d71816e6c". This is a bad dump. If the code is "0e63d4223b01d9aba596259dc155a174" then it is a good dump.
