Shining Force CD
Downloaded emulator for sega. I love it. I play a bunch of role playing games. I downloaded Shining CD from another sight. KFusion says it works for SegaCD games but I cannot get this to load. It gives me an error to set BIOS for USA. it confuses me. please help.
