What console is this for

Hi! I've never posted here before so I'm not sure if this is the wrong place to put this sorry. When I extract the ROM in WinRAR it tells me the file is corrupted? This hasn't happened with any other ROMs from this site for me and I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem and how to fix it.
