Dreamcast emulators and games on this site

On this site:
I have downloaded both dreamcast emulators and three different games and I can not get the games to load. I downloaded redream and the games I downloaded don't show up on the screen when I try to access them in the emulators library.
Are the roms on here not the right kind? Am I extracting them wrong? I can't find any literature either.
