Manuals and games are visible, but undownloadable.

So there are a few manuals and games, especially PSP games, that show up in the various categories, but have no actual way to use them. For example, the Dead Or Alive 2 manual is listed, and is shown to have been uploaded by Vimm, but has no viewing options according to the page. Same for a bunch of PSP games, and yes, I have refreshed, and checked other pages to make sure it's not a browser problem. Why is there no option to download these files? I should also mention that the missing games have no boxart or title screens displayed, though I don't care about that. If they are unusable, they shouldn't be in the lists. Too bad, as this is a pretty good archive of stuff otherwise.
