Nkit Walkthrough

Is there a tutorial that anyone can point to for Nikt? I've been downloading the wbfs, but I'd like to learn how to use the Nkit. I tried following the user guide on GBATemp, but it is a little confusing to me. If there is one in this thread, I apologize, I have been looking and will continue to look. Thank you again and thanks to Vimm for putting together such an awesome site!
