BTW I think I answered my own question.
I found a previous post explaining that each game partition is needed
to extract the NKit file.
I haven't tried it yet but I'm betting it will work.

I do believe the problem here is that this user is trying to download a WBFS file but gets an nkit.iso instead.
I'm afraid I can't help you with converting the nkit, but it sounds like an error that you're getting the wrong file to me.
