I'm experiencing the same issues. Trying to get Prime Trilogy and it starts with 300 KB/sec but quickly diminishes to under 75 KB/sec. Trying it 11 PM to 12 AM PST.
Sounds like a resource bottleneck. Please share what you were dowloading and when specifically you downloaded it.
