Wii downloads not working

I've tried to download a couple of Wii games like Black Ops 1, and Modern Warfare Reflex and it says it's not available I've tried this on my laptop (windows 7) and phone (Android) I have no idea why this happens and I can download GameCube Games and anything else just not Wii for some reason if you can help thanks
