Typically there aren't Japanese ROMs here and Vimm himself doesn't "make" ROMs.
I would love it if I could play Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, I have already played both Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 but I think it would be really cool if their was a final mix version for Kingdom Hearts 2. While your at it if you could make a Final Mix rom for the first game to that would be great.
