Can I get my IP unblocked from the download server

I know I've been downloading a bunch of stuff in the past 24 hours or so, but I thought the slow data trickle would be enough to maybe not get banned? If I'm breaking the rules somehow, please let me know. Will provide IP via DM if needed.
