What games are you having issues with? I doubt you would have much luck playing anything past SNES/Genesis generation of consoles with your Chromebook. According to this, you're CPU is only 1.04 GHz

I am kind of new with retroarch on a Chromebook and I need the best settings to run games without frameskip.

My specs are:
CPU: Intel Atom x5-E8000
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 400 (Braswell)
DISPLAY: 11.6�, HD (1366 x 768), TN
STORAGE: 32GB SSD
RAM: 4GB RAM

I have retroarch 1.8.5 android running on a Samsung Chromebook 3.
