In response to everyone, I am using the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 10. It must be browser-related, since nobody except another Windows 10 Chrome user had this issue. Thanks for replying and helping fix this issue.
Looks like it was from using the back button in Chrome. I wish someone had shared that detail sooner so I could've fixed it weeks ago.
